About the role

As our Runner – Cori Table, The Jetty & Events, you will play a key role in ensuring that service flows seamlessly across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

You act as the supportive backbone of the service team, coordinating between kitchen, bar, and floor, helping maintain pace, structure, and readiness throughout service. With an active presence on the floor, you contribute to an environment where both guests and colleagues experience ease, flow, and quality.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a Runner who takes pride in supporting others and contributing to a smooth and elevated guest experience.

You ensure that every detail behind the scenes and on the floor reflects the spirit of CORI: attentive, organized, and quietly efficient.

You combine energy and reliability with a strong team mindset and help create an environment where service feels effortless.

From pre-opening preparations to daily operations and events, you will play an important role in establishing the rhythm and flow of service at CORI. 

Your key responsibilities

You will support daily service operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-prepared environment across all outlets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the service team by running food and beverages between kitchen, bar, and guests
• Clearing, resetting, and preparing tables to CORI’s presentation standards
• Maintaining fully stocked and organized service stations and storage areas
• Supporting daily service flow to ensure efficiency and timing
• Assisting with event setup, service, and breakdown
• Completing cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure a clean and service-ready environment
• Supporting opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Communicating proactively with servers, bartenders, and supervisors to support teamwork

You will also contribute to creating a well-organized and positive environment where the team can perform at its best and guests feel effortlessly taken care of.
