About the role

As our Night Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring that the hotel operates safely, smoothly, and professionally throughout the night.

You act as the hotel’s trusted presence during night hours, supporting guests while maintaining structure, oversight, and a calm atmosphere. With a steady and responsible approach, you ensure that both guests and the hotel are well taken care of.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a Night Porter who creates reassurance, professionalism, and quiet excellence during night operations.

You ensure that every overnight experience reflects the spirit of CORI: calm, attentive, and quietly elegant.

You combine operational responsibility with genuine hospitality and create an environment where guests feel safe, supported, and comfortable at all times.

From pre-opening preparations to nightly operations, you will play an important role in establishing strong routines, structure, and quality during night shifts..

Your key responsibilities

You will manage and support daily night operations while ensuring a seamless and safe guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing night operations and guest service
• Handling check-in and check-out during night hours
• Conducting night audits and preparing reports
• Performing security checks, fire rounds, and safety procedures
• Ensuring a safe, calm, and well-maintained environment throughout the hotel
• Supporting guests with requests and ensuring attentive service
• Managing operational and ad hoc tasks during the night shift
• Ensuring smooth communication and handover to the day team

You will also contribute to creating a night environment defined by reliability, calmness, and attention to detail.

You are reliable, calm, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong sense of service.

You likely bring:

• A proactive and responsible mindset
• Strong sense of security awareness and attention to detail
• A calm and professional approach under pressure
• Service-minded attitude and ability to support guests during night hours
• Basic IT skills and operational understanding
• Flexibility and ability to work night shifts
• Fluent in Danish and English
