About the role

As our Hotel Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring that every arrival and departure is seamless, welcoming, and aligned with our standards.

You act as the first and last impression of the hotel, supporting guests throughout their journey and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. With a strong presence at the entrance and across the hotel, you contribute to a warm, safe, and well-coordinated environment where both guests and colleagues thrive.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a Hotel Porter who will shape the very first moments of every guest journey.

You ensure that every welcome, every interaction, and every farewell reflects the spirit of CORI: warm, attentive, and quietly elegant.

You combine a proactive, hands-on approach with genuine hospitality and help create an atmosphere where guests feel instantly at ease.

From pre-opening preparations to daily operations, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and refined arrival experience.

Your key responsibilities

You will support daily Front of House operations and contribute to a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and supporting arrivals and departures
• Handling luggage and porter services with care and professionalism
• Assisting with valet, parking, and transportation services
• Supporting Concierge and Front Office teams in daily operations
• Ensuring entrance, lobby, and arrival areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Supporting minor maintenance and ad hoc operational tasks
• Contributing to safety, security, and awareness across the hotel
• Maintaining a visible and helpful presence for guests throughout their stay

You will also play an important role in creating an environment where warmth, attention to detail, and teamwork shape every guest interaction.

• Driver’s license
• Fluent in Danish and English
